From the ground up
A new house on a £70,000,000 estate
Designed with the construction company that builds it, the villa was re-planned floor by floor — a reconstruction of more than £20,000,000.
The house takes shape
A neoclassical façade
Columns, balustrades and a pedimented entrance give the main house its formal symmetry, with a guest house alongside.

Gardens made for the Riviera
The landscape was redesigned with the house: palms and planting to the entrance, a pool with an outdoor kitchen, fountains and a Japanese garden.
The master suite
Crystal, panelling and light
One of six new bedrooms and a master suite — panelled walls, a sitting area and crystal chandeliers throughout.
The bathroom
Marble from floor to ceiling
The suite opens into a marble bathroom with a freestanding bath beneath the window — the same materials that run through the hall and stair.
Multi-million mega mansion in the South of France
This project was designed together with a construction company that designs and builds multi-million properties in the South of France. The cost of the property itself was over £70,000,000 million. The design proposal included the redesign and refurbishment of the landscape, interior and exterior. The reconstruction cost as proposed was over £20,000,000. The new layouts for all floors of the main house and the guest house included 6 new bedrooms and a master suite.
The grounds include an outdoor swimming pool with a luxurious outdoor kitchen, fountains and a Japanese garden with sculptures. One of the features was direct access to the sea, where a boat waited to take the owners to their luxurious mega yacht, moored just minutes from the property. The ground-floor interiors included the main entrance hall with a cage lift and a marble staircase. The walls were clad in stone and lit by luxurious crystal chandeliers. The hall led to the drawing room with its library, and to the kitchen and dining area with a cocktail bar dressed in onyx.
