House at Albert Mews

A house for a young family, located in Romford, London. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys privacy and a quiet environment. Being there, you feel as if you were somewhere far out in the countryside, yet you are still in the middle of a dynamic city. The interior was designed in a neoclassical style. The main house underwent major modifications, such as integrating a porch into the hall, a bigger bathroom and a dressing room for clothes storage. The extension made the kitchen bigger, adding a storeroom and creating a spacious combined living room. The dining area has a 7sq.m conservatory for exotic plants.

This project was crafted using 3Ds Max and rendered with Corona Renderer, ensuring photorealistic visualizations. All CAD drawings were precisely executed with AutoCAD. Our comprehensive design package encompassed 3D visualizations of all interiors within the main and guest houses, as well as the exterior spaces including the car park and pool areas complete with BBQ zones. A complete set of detailed drawings and a finishes schedule were also provided, essential components for the tendering process. The entire project was developed over a four-month period, reflecting our commitment to both quality and efficiency.
