Family villa at Saadiayt island in Abu Dhabi needed extra touch to become super luxury residence. The budget spent on furniture, refurbishing and landscape design reached £2,000,000. Our work included starting from redesign of landscape to interior design. Relocation of the pool and the interior on ground floor consists of spacious majlis with sitting area and dining table for 12 people, home cinema living room combined with show kitchen and dining area facing the sea and beautiful garden with pool.
On the first floor could be found master suite with two walk-in wardrobes. As well on the same floor was places 5 bedrooms individually design for each of the owner’s children. All the walls are decorated with classic mouldings with silk wallpaper inlays. Floors are white marble slabs, ceilings decorated with cornices, windows treatment tailored using best fabrics from Italian manufacturers such as Rubelli, the furniture brands was used in this project was American brand such baker, Italian Promemoria, lighting Bella Figura.
